London Bridge Panorama

When we visited Lake Havasu City, I took three images of the London Bridge and stitched them together. This is the result. Click image to see full-sized.

London Bridge

Bear Mountain

bear-mountain.jpgThe hoomins took me to a mountain place today. It was in the desert but was also on a mountain. I liked chasing the lizards and smelling the stuff there.

This is me and the Daddy sitting on a wall at almost the top of the mountain. After the Mama took this picture (click to make me big), I got back in the truck and after we started down the road, I took a nap.

Cholla Flower

We saw this at the Joshua Tree National Park visitors center today. These little waxy, yellow flowers are protected by “jumping cholla” spines. If you get too close, the spines will jump off the cactus and impale into your skin – ouch! Click on the image to enlarge.

The Bridge and Water Place

bridge-place.jpgThe hoomins brought me to the bridge and water place today. We got to walk along the water and look and smell everything in this place. We saw some fishes swimming in the water. I don’t know how they can do that. I don’t like getting wet.

They say this place is London Bridge but not in London. Click me and the Daddy to make us big.

Last week I got to chase some lizards in another desert place. It was fun but hot and dry. I drank a lot of water. Drinking water is better than getting in it. I got to chase some pigeons today. It was fun but they flew away. I like going with the hoomins.

OK. Time for a nap.

New Friends

bear-sasha.jpgWe are on a road trip. I like to go with my hoomins. I get to see and smell new stuff and today I got to meet some new friends at the dog park place. This is Sasha. She has blue eyes. We were meeting and greeting.

The Mama and Daddy keep talking about the Mother Road and Historic 66. We must be near those things. I heard them say “Kingman” too. I don’t know what that is.

OK. I had a busy day and I better go take a nap.
