Once again, it’s time for the rainbow cactus flowers to bloom. Similar to the peanut cactus, this nice little succulent produces beautiful little two inch flowers. Click on the image to enlarge.

Epiphyllum Show and Sale
The flowers on display at today’s show were overwhelmingly beautiful. We were greeted by hundreds of colorful cactus orchid flowers when we entered the display hall. Click on the panorama to enlarge.
Calandrinia Grandiflora
I found this little pink flower in the succulent garden at the South Coast Botanic Gardens today. It’s a Calandrinia Grandiflora and is native to Chile. Its bright pink petals stand out against a background of another succulent that produces bright red-orange flowers. Click on the image to enlarge.
