Creamy Marinara
For dinner today, we enjoyed a plate of mozzarella stuffed meatballs and pasta topped with Verna’s creamy marinara sauce. Verna prepared one of our favorite meals as usual, with the minor change to the recipe of adding some cream cheese to the marinara sauce.

Water Lilies in Arizona
We took a drive today to visit the Shrine of St Joseph of the Mountains in nearby Yarnell, AZ. There is a Koi pond in the shrine where these pretty water lilies were in bloom today. Click on the image to enlarge.

Flag Day
