I leave the artsy stuff to Verna.<\/p>\n<p>A few weekends ago, I stood in front of these topiaries in the children&#8217;s garden and leaned to the left and then to the right; each time I snapped an image of the scene. If the lateral distance of the camera&#8217;s aperture is about the same as the human inter-pupil spread and the camera is held at the same horizontal angle and the same distance from the subject, then a 3D picture can be produced. <\/p>\n<p><a href='http:\/\/vernabob.com\/graphics\/imageview.php?image=http:\/\/vernabob.com\/bob\/3d\/archives\/Topiary%20Bears.png' title='topiary'><img src='http:\/\/vernabob.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/10\/topiary.jpg' alt='topiary' \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/vernabob.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/01\/3dglasses.jpg\" alt=\"glasses\" class='right' \/>You will need <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rainbowsymphony.com\/freestuff.html\">red\/cyan or red\/blue 3D glasses<\/a>.
