Click on the image to enlarge.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Of course, we have this meal at other times of the year as well. It consists of three kinds of meat &#8211; chicken breast, Andouille sausage and shrimp. In addition, there are tomatoes, carrots, celery and a variety of herbs and spices in a chicken stock base. The Jambalaya is served in bowls over a bed of white rice.
