It&#8217;s a sub-compact, lightweight, pocket-sized gun, that is a pleasure to operate. See the specifications below.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"imagelink\" href=\"http:\/\/vernabob.com\/graphics\/imageview.php?image=http:\/\/vernabob.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/08\/stripped-glock-26.jpg\" title=\"stripped-glock-26.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" id=\"image559\" src=\"http:\/\/vernabob.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/08\/stripped-glock-26.thumbnail.jpg\" alt=\"stripped-glock-26.jpg\" class=\"left\" \/><\/a>I found a very good <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=B-HqFri6DCw\">YouTube\u00c2\u00ae video<\/a> demonstrating how to field strip the Glock 26. This gun is much easier to disassemble and reassemble than our S&#038;W 908 9mm pistols. Using the video as a guide, I was able to strip the gun and put it back together in under 30 seconds &#8211; without hurrying. In the image at the left you can see the gun\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s component parts after field stripping &#8211; the barrel, recoil spring assembly, slide assembly, frame and the stock 10-round magazine.
