Click on the image to enlarge.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.delange.org\/SageBTexasRanger\/SageBTexasRanger.htm\">Delange<\/a> has more:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Cimarron Dwarf Sage<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Leucophyllum zygophyllum, Figwart Family: ( Scrophulariaceae ), Cimarron Dwarf Sage: Also called; Blue Ranger &#8216;Cimarron&#8217; Sage, Blue Texas Ranger.<\/p>\n<p>Leucophyllum langmaniae is an evergreen shrub and it is the smallest of the Leucophyllum`s. It has gray &#8211; green, cup-shaped leaves with masses of blue &#8211; purple flowers that bloom intermittently throughout the summer.<\/p>\n<p>Height: Up To 3 feet tall and wide. But, we have seen plants almost six feet tall in the wild.<br \/>\nFlowers: Cup shaped lavender flowers.<br \/>\nBlooming Time: March to November. Bloom best after summer monsoon rains.<br \/>\nLeaves: Oblong to oblanceolate gray-green leaves up to 3 inches long.<br \/>\nFound: Native to the Chihuahuan Desert.
