We bought lots of citrus since the weekend menu is going to be &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/vernabob.com\/blog\/vernas-stuff\/vernas-recipes\/crazy-yellow-chicken\/\">Crazy Yellow Chicken<\/a>,&#8221; a knock-off of El Pollo Loco&#8217;s famous chicken plate and citrus is part of the marinade.
