Yesterday, our white epiphyllum second and third flowers of the season opened. Epiphyllum is nicknamed the cactus orchid – you can see why. These two flowers along with the host plant are in a seldom passed location outside the back gate so we decided to pick them and put them in a vase in the house where we can enjoy their short but sweet beauty.
