Dog Park Day

Squat
Burnout

The Mama and Daddy took us to the dog park again today. We were wearing our brand new pink and blue harnesses. We had fun again. I found a hole where I could go pee pee and Bay Bay was scratching the ground after he went pee pee. Click on our pictures to make us big.

The Dog Park Again

The Teeter Totter

The Mama and the Daddy took us to the dog park again today. They always want us to ride on this thing in the park, but all it’s good for, really, is sniffing and marking (it’s a boy thing). Cabela likes to sniff too. At the other end of the park is a nice table that I can jump up on. Click on the image to make us big.

Curve Billed Thrasher Nest

Curve Billed Thrasher Nest

Some of the best things about living in the semi-rural desert is watching the wildlife and seeing the beautiful cactus flowers. There is always something going on.

I was out in the front yard spraying for weeds when I noticed a curve-billed thrasher suddenly flush out of a nearby cholla cactus. I put down the spray bottle to investigate and discovered that the thrashers had restored their nest in the cactus from last year. I peeked in and saw three eggs in the nest. Luckily, I had my Canon SX40 still strapped around my neck and held it above the cholla to get this shot of the eggs in the nest. Click on the image to enlarge.

Running at the Dog Park

Running at the Dog Park

The Mama and the Daddy took us to the dog park again today. After getting in the park, we ran and ran and had fun. The Mama took this picture of Bay Bay and me running through the park. Click on us to make us big.

Easter Bay Bay

Easter Bay Bay

A few days ago, I dug this cute pair of bunny ears and put them on Bay Bay. He tolerated them long enough to let me snap this photo of him wearing them. Too cute! Click on the image to enlarge.

Splish Splash

Splish Splash

We were at the dog park a couple of days ago. I did my usual dip in the little tub that Mama filled up for me. We had a good outing at the dog park with three laps around the park perimeter instead of the normal two. We were all tired and had good naps afterwards. Click on the image to make me big.
