Wildflowers

This colorful flower is growing on a slope next to the tennis courts near my office. Nobody plants these there, but every spring the otherwise barren slope sprouts a few of these bright daisies. Maybe they are remnants from a previous time when perhaps the slope was covered with these in order to control erosion. I don’t really know that, however. I guess I’ll just enjoy the nice flowers during my springtime walks after lunch — and now you can enjoy this one too. just click on the thumbnail to see the big picture.
