While at Lowe’s today, this unique two-tone Gerbera Daisy jumped into the shopping cart. Since it is nice and bright, like a sunflower, we called it ‘Sunny.’ Click on the image to enlarge.

Purple Pansy Patch
After target practice today, we went to the bonsai show at the Botanic Gardens. We also walked into the garden and I snapped a zillion pictures of all the beautiful spring flowers and plants. One place had pansies of all colors including this patch of purple ones. Click image to enlarge.
Cruiser in 3D
Last year during our Winter Cruise, I took a 3D picture of the RV parked in one of the campgrounds where we spent the night. I took another set of images and composed this image in the campground in Phoenix where we spent three nights last week.
I got up early one morning to walk Bear, and paused to take the pictures while the sun was still low in the sky. The temperature was (only) 85°, on the way up to 100° or so. Inside the RV, however, it was a comfortable temperature since there is an air conditioner on top that keeps the inside cool when we’re plugged in to the campground electrical hookup, unlike last winter when we ran the propane furnace in the RV to keep warm.

Flower Crown on a Barrel
When we got to Phoenix in our RV campground, we saw so many beautiful desert flowers. I took this picture of a barrel cactus near our campsite. The pretty yellow flowers circled the top like a crown. Click on the image to enlarge.
Stargazer Season is Back
My favorite Asian lily is back in the flower concession at the supermarket. These beautiful “Stargazer” lilies are currently showing in the living room. Click on the image to enlarge.
A Blue Anemone
Well, we’re back home from vacation and other than the post-travel chores, it’s back to normal until the next time. While were were gone, the first of the St, Brigid Anemone flowers emerged. This is a blue one, but we’re expecting other colors to come out from bulbs I planted in February. Click on the image to enlarge.
