When we go to visit Mom and Dad, we always manage to spend time outdoors if the weather is nice. Today, was one of those days. We spent time outdoors and I took a lot of pictures.
On the west side of the yard, Mom has a ‘nightshade’ tree that has dozens of trumpet-shaped flowers every spring. I took this image of Mom and the trumpets while we were enjoying the nice weather and the pretty garden flowers. Click on the image to enlarge.

Where did Mom get the Nightshade tree? IT is georgous!
Sorry, Kay . . .
We don’t know.
Verna will ask Mom on Tuesday. Check back after then.
Sorry about the late response, Kay.
Mom says she planted the tree thirty years ago and got it at a nursery in Los Angeles somewhere. We see these trees all over the South Bay, so they must be readily available. Try Lowe’s or Home Depot garden shops. Also, you might try Armstrong nursery near the Torrance Airport.
