Beautiful! The chili is made using shredded chicken, tomatillos, chilis, broccoli, cubed potatoes, celery, onions, garlic, chicken broth and a tablespoon of flower. It’s seasoned with salt, pepper, ancho chili powder, a bay leaf and cumin. Garnish with avocado slices.
