Stargazer

Yucca in Bloom
There are yucca trees all over town that are in bloom. This one is part of the landscape in front of our veterinary clinic on Wickenburg Way (US 60). I took this photo as we drove home from weekly grocery shopping. Click on the image to enlarge.
Palo Verde In Bloom
Spring brings out blossoms on most of our cacti, shrubs and trees. The Arizona State Tree is the the Palo Verde. This is a photo of a tree in the wash in full bloom. A close-up of some individual blossoms can be seen in the inset. Click on the image to enlarge.
Cholla Flower and Buds
The cholla cacti that surround the house are all in bloom. The flowers range from yellow to copper colored. They are all very pretty. Click on the image to enlarge.
A Sunset Lily
I posted a photo of flowers at the garden shop a few days ago. This beautiful calla lily that was among those flowers has a very pretty color that reminded me of the hues of our Arizona sunsets. Click on the image to enlarge.
