Sunset
It has been a cool day today, with high temperatures around 55°. I took this image this evening, just a few moments before the sun was completely gone. Click on the image to enlarge.
North Wickenburg Winter Panorama
We drove to the top of the hill behind our house where I took several images to merge into this nice panorama. There is a little wind and the temperature is about 53° and mostly sunny. This view of the mountains north of town has no snow at present, but will likely have some soon with the next winter storm passage. Click on the image to see the full panorama.
Christmas Night Visitors in the Back Yard
After Christmas dinner, we went out and saw several of these Javelina (collared peccaries) roaming around looking for some scraps we threw up in the wash earlier. I saw them and went out with my camera to get this photo of these smelly, ugly beasties. Click on the image to enlarge.
