Tenderloin steaks, scalloped potatoes au gratin and asparagus. This isn’t exactly a holiday weekend, but when Groundhog Day and Superbowl Sunday fall in the same weekend, it’s a good enough excuse to celebrate. Verna prepared this meal to perfection.
