This is my little thimble cactus with lots of tiny flowers. One of these days, I may put it in a bigger pot so it can grow some more. Click on the image to enlarge.
Spring Flowers – Enjoy ’em While We Can
Spring is such a great time of the year in Arizona and at our house, in particular. We took a little walk today up the road and I took some pictures of flowers along the way. This little slideshow starts with a pink beavertail cactus flower, followed by a yellow prickly pear cactus flower and, finally, flower pods on a mesquite tree with bees. A Classic 1947 Lincoln Continental V12 in 3D
Verna and I were at our favorite Mexican restaurant today enjoying a late lunch. As we sat by the window in the restaurant, several classic old cars came up the street. When we finished lunch, we were delighted to see several of those cars parked in the lot outside. I took an image pair of the classic Lincoln V-12 and merged them into the anaglyph image seen above.

Grillin’ Weather
Even though we roll out the grill no matter what the weather is, we are glad to see warmer temperatures for weekend grilling. Yesterday (and today) saw temperatures in the 80’s and blue skies.

Splish Splash
We were at the dog park a couple of days ago. I did my usual dip in the little tub that Mama filled up for me. We had a good outing at the dog park with three laps around the park perimeter instead of the normal two. We were all tired and had good naps afterwards. Click on the image to make me big.
Palo Verde Flowers
Some of the palo verde trees are getting flowers. These flowers were on a tree in the dog park today. We took the dogs and they had a great time running, sniffing and generally doing things that dogs do. Click on the image to enlarge.
